HOW TO ORDER OVERVIEW
ORDERING IS AS EASY AS 1, 2, 3
- Determine How Much To OrderTo start, you will want to order 2 weeks or 4 weeks of product. (Since the product generally takes 3-4 business days to ship, it is recommended you order at least 2 weeks.)
If you plan to do the 5 and 1 weight loss program, which consists of 5 medifast meals and 1 lean and green meal, you will need to order 10 boxes for 2-week orders and 20 boxes for 4-week orders.
All Medifast boxes include 7 meals
2 Weeks
5 meals per day x 14 days = 70 meals
70 meals / 7 to a box = 10 boxes
4 Weeks
5 meals per day x 28 days = 140 meals
140 meals / 7 to a box = 20 boxes |
