ORDER EXAMPLES
Remember, Medifast comes packed 7 meals to a box. For a 2-week order on the 5 and 1 plan, you will want to order at least 10 boxes. For a 4-week order, you will need at least 20 boxes. Any combination of these foods can be used in your 5 and 1 plan. However, in order to optimize weight loss, you should have no more than 1 bar per day.
